Label Facestock Film
Pressure-sensitive label constructions consist of facestocks and release liners. Facestocks can be various types of plastic films or papers, serving as the printing medium for information. Release liners act as carriers for adhesive-applied and printed facestocks until they are applied to containers or bottles.
Our PET films offer superior tensile strength and thermal stability, while our BOPP films provide conformability and excellent yield properties, making them suitable for most labeling equipment. Both products are compatible with UV, rotogravure, or flexographic printing applications.
BOPET: Biaxially Oriented Polyethylene Terephthalate, also called Polyester Film.
BOPP: Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene.
Our facestock material is made of PET / BOPP base film with top coating.
It is mainly used as facestock material for self adhesive / pressure sensitive labels.
BOPP or PET-based liner substrates offer superior tensile strength compared to paper liners in high-speed label applications. Achieving silicone adhesion to substrates can be a challenge. Our PP and PT films offer excellent treated surfaces that ensure exceptional adhesion, whether you use a solvent, water-based, or UV-cured coating process.
