PET Siliconized Release Liner

Firsta Group is the earliest manufacturer of PET Release Liner with inline silicone coating in China. Comparing with offline coating, inline top coating decreases the energy consumption and pollution emissions, considerably reduces the production cost and provides a reliable guarante for product quality.

PET Siliconized Release Liner

PET siliconized release liner is a type of film that is used as a backing material in the production of pressure-sensitive labels, tapes, and adhesive products. It is made from polyethylene terephthalate (PET), a strong and durable plastic, and is coated with a thin layer of silicone to provide a release surface.

The silicone coating on the PET release liner allows the adhesive on the label or tape to be easily removed from the backing material when applied to a surface. This makes it easier to apply and remove the label or tape without leaving any residue behind.   PET siliconized release liner is commonly used as a carrier film in pressure sensitive labels, tapes and adhesive products.

Firsta Group is the earliest manufacturer of PET Release Liner with inline silicone coating in China. Our PET film is a 3-layer co-extruded, Biaxially Oriented film. The inline PET release liner is made with polyethylene terephthalate (also called "Polyester") and inline silicone coating during the extrusion process.

Comparing with offline coating, inline top coating decreases the energy consumption and pollution emissions, considerably reduces the production cost and provides a reliable guarante for product quality.

Firsta Group offers a wide range of film thickness, width and release levels to meet customers' various requests.

Advantages

PET siliconized release liner is a popular choice for use in the production of labels and tapes because it offers a number of benefits, including:

Strength and durability: PET is a strong and durable material that is resistant to tearing and wear, making it suitable for use in a wide range of applications.

Smooth surface: The silicon coating on the PET release liner provides a smooth, non-porous surface that is ideal for printing and laminating.

Chemical resistance: PET is resistant to a wide range of chemicals, including acids and alkalis, making it suitable for use in a variety of industries.

Moisture resistance: PET is resistant to moisture and can be used in applications where the label or tape may be exposed to damp conditions.

Thermal stability: PET has good thermal stability, making it suitable for use in applications where the label or tape may be exposed to high temperatures.

PET siliconized release liner is a versatile and durable material that is widely used in the production of labels, tapes, and other adhesive products. It offers a range of benefits, including strength, chemical resistance, and good printing and laminating properties.

Another great advantage of PET Siliconized Release Liners is that they are environmentally friendly. The film can be recycled when no longer in use and is biodegradable. This makes it an ideal choice in industries where environmental considerations are a high priority.

Overall, PET Siliconized Release Liners offer excellent protection and are highly reliable for both industrial and commercial purposes. The material is affordable, durable, and long-lasting, and can be easily customized for specific industrial or commercial needs. Its environmental-friendly qualities make it a great choice for industries that strive to reduce their environmental impact. Furthermore, its ease of use and quick application make it a great asset in any number of settings.
